Planning your move to Germany?

Whether for work, study or family, immigration can feel overwhelming. The rules are complex and the paperwork can be frustrating.

As a specialised immigration lawyer based in Germany, I guide individuals and families through every step of the process: visa applications, family reunification, permanent residency or citizenship.

No two cases are the same, so I take the time to understand your situation and provide tailored legal support.

Let’s talk about your case and find the right path forward.

From Application to Arrival. What to Expect.

Relocating to Germany is more than just getting a visa - it’s a process of coordinated steps. With the right guidance, you can avoid delays and move forward with confidence.

I help you navigate each stage clearly, stay organised and avoid common pitfalls - so nothing slows you down.

After that, you’ll apply for your residence permit at the local immigration office.

This involves submitting your documents again and attending an appointment for fingerprints and photos.

Descending

Once in Germany, you’ll register your address (Anmeldung) within 14 days once you have found your accommodation.

2
Flying high

Once your visa is approved by the German embassy or consulate, you’ll receive a national visa to enter the country. This is only the first step.

1
Taking off

Everything starts with understanding what your needs are and what visa type fits your case. We’ll work together to gather the required documentation and prepare your visa application and I'll navigate you through the appointment system
